July 6, 2009 Lori lost her son Brandon in an automobile accident. Life will never be the same but Lori is incredibly strong. We wish Lori, her husband Don, daughter Cari, and son Brian all the best.
Lori creates her artwork by welding together recycled metal parts from old farm machinery. It is amazing what an artist can see in a pile of what others would call old junk! Instead of hauling the rusty old metal off to a dump, she has created many recognizable characters of varying shapes and sizes. She currently has pieces displayed in shops in Tekoa, Spokane, Port Angeles, Port Townsend and Bainbridge.
